1. This paragraph is different than ones that use parallel sequencing because in this paragraph both subjects are in the same paragraph being compared and contrasted. Whereas a parallel sequencing comparison is two separate paragraphs with each subject in a different paragraph.

2. The use of this kind of paragraph can be used first because it has the comparisons right next to each other. Second the use of this kind of comparison will help if there is not as much information.

3. Words like whereas, both, however, are used.
